(Good questions)

Questions you
might have.

What time are services?

Sundays at 11 AM. Arrive a few minutes early for parking, coffee, and a chance to connect before we begin.

Where are you located?

301 S Bedford Street, Suite 219, in downtown Madison. Take the elevator up to Suite 219. There's street parking on Bedford, plus a city lot across from us.

Is there parking?

Yes. There's plenty of street parking nearby, plus a city lot right across the street. Arriving early ensures a great spot.

What should I wear?

Come as you are. Jeans and a t-shirt or something dressier, you'll fit right in. We care more about you being here than what you're wearing.

Do I need to RSVP?

No RSVP needed for Sunday services. Just show up. We're excited to meet you whenever you're ready to visit.

What about my kids?

Families are welcome. During the service, children can join our Kids team for age-appropriate activities, Bible lessons, and quality care.

Is the space accessible?

Absolutely. The building has elevator access and ramps. Let a volunteer know if you need assistance and we'll take care of you.

Is there time to connect?

Yes. Come early for free coffee and to meet people. Our welcome team loves introducing newcomers to the community.

What Bible translation do you use?

We primarily use the NIV. Key verses are shown on screen, and we have Bibles available if you'd like one.

How often is communion?

Monthly, at our Sunday at the Table service (usually the last Sunday). We explain everything, and all who follow Jesus are welcome.

How do I get baptized?

Tell us on the connect card and we'll reach out. Baptism is how you say out loud that you're following Jesus, and there's no test to pass first. We baptize a few times a year.

Will there be photography or video?

Yes, for social media and sermon recordings. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, let our team know when you arrive and we'll do our best.

Anything beyond Sunday?

Definitely. Community groups meet Tuesday evenings, and we host events, volunteer opportunities, and seasonal gatherings all year.

Can I listen to sermons online?

Yes. Find every message on our Series page or search "New Culture Church" on your favorite podcast platform.

When can I start serving?

After attending for about three months and becoming a member, you can join a Contributor Team where your gifts fit best.

How do I become a member?

Come to Next, our class on our story, our heart, and how to be a part. Membership is one of the ways to be a part, and Next is where you'd learn what it involves.
